Psychological therapy for adults navigating illness, trauma, loss and life transitions

“Courage isn't the absence of fear; it's having someone alongside you as you face it.”

The name Leonhart comes from my family name, Leonhardt, meaning “lion-hearted”. To me, being lion-hearted is not about having all the answers or never feeling afraid. It represents the strength to face life's uncertainties, seek support when needed, and take steps towards change, even when things feel difficult.

When life feels different

Life can change in ways we never expect. Whether you're adjusting to illness, living with pain, recovering from trauma, grieving a loss, or navigating a major life transition, you may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or unlike your usual self.

Therapy offers a space to make sense of what you're experiencing, reconnect with your strengths, and find ways to move forward that feel meaningful and manageable.
